Thirty years ago I discovered the joy and fascination of painting with water colours and that feeling is with me still.  My first teacher said, “it is the thrill of putting the paint on the paper that makes the medium of water colours so special”.  I have held onto that thought ever since, in fact, I am reminded of it every day when I see how simple techniques can enable everyone with a desire to express through the medium of water colours.

Throughout the last thirty years my painting style has evolved.....How has it evolved?

As a professional Artist with my own Gallery I have created a space where I can share my passion of water colour painting with others. Within this wonderful creative space I offer water colour painting classes, ceramic painting classes and calligraphy classes to groups or individuals depending on your preference.

I aim to create a relaxing and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged in the development of their own style at their own pace. For us at La Galerie, it's all about having fun and being creative, a great combination.
